REFUND POLICY & FEE TERMS (PARENTS & STUDENTS)

This Refund Policy and Fee Terms ("Policy") constitutes a legally binding contract between Mary Tuition Classes ("Institute", "We", "Us", "Our"), having its principal place of operations in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and the user registering as a parent, legal guardian, or student ("Client", "You", "Your").

By registering for, subscribing to, purchasing, or utilizing our website, platforms, applications, products, or services (including private home tuitions, one-on-one online sessions, and group online classes from Nursery to 12th Standard Commerce across CBSE, ICSE, and Maharashtra Boards), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms outlined herein. 

If you do not agree to this Policy, you must immediately cease all access to our website and discontinue using any of our educational services or products.

1. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS & ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Mandatory Agreement: Registration or payment completion acts as your definitive signature and acceptance of this Refund Policy, our general Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1.2 Non-Transferability: Any registration, account access, subscription plan, or individual/group session purchased is strictly personal. It cannot be transferred, assigned, shared, or sold to any other student, party, or relative.

1.3 Platform Changes: We reserve the absolute right to alter, modify, or discontinue any feature of our online delivery tools or tutor assignment structures without prior individual notice.

2. COMPREHENSIVE FEE STRUCTURE & PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Advance Payment Mandate: All tuition fees—whether billed on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual cycle—must be cleared strictly in advance alongside the mandatory Non-Refundable Registration Fee.

2.2 Due Date Compliance: Invoices or payment links will be issued electronically. Reminders will be sent via Short Message Service (SMS), WhatsApp, or telephonic communication. It remains the sole responsibility of the Client to clear dues on or before the specified due date.

2.3 Payment Late Fines & Penalties:

    (a) Failure to clear the invoice by the designated due date will attract an immediate late payment penalty.

    (b) Non-payment extending beyond seven (7) consecutive days from the due date will result in an additional fine / Penalty fee and immediate suspension of access to all online platforms, home sessions, or group batches.

    (c) To resume sessions after an outstanding payment suspension of over seven (7) days, the Client must clear all accrued penalties plus a mandatory Re-Admission Fee as specified by management.

3. REFUND POLICY & CONDITIONAL ADJUSTMENTS

3.1 Non-Refundable Registration Amount: The primary registration fee paid at admission is non-refundable under any circumstances or pretexts, irrespective of the grade, board, or timing of the drop-out. This fee is subject to revisions at management's sole discretion without notice.

3.2 Completed Sessions: No refund, discount, or chargeback will be entertained for private home tuition or online sessions (whether individual or group) that have already been conducted or executed.

3.3 Student Absences & Sudden Cancellations: No pro-rata credits, refunds, or make-up sessions will be allocated for student absences, personal sickness, family emergencies, missed group classes, or sudden session cancellations initiated by the Client (Parent / Guardian).

3.4 Specialized Programs: Fees paid for Crash Courses, Fast-Track Revision Programs, or designated Test Series are strictly non-refundable and non-convertible post-registration.

3.5 14-Day Discontinuation Window: 

    (a) A client wishing to discontinue regular classes may request a refund only within fourteen (14) calendar days from the initial date of payment. 

    (b) No refund requests will be recognized, reviewed, or processed under any circumstances if initiated after the expiry of the 14-day window.

3.6 Mid-Session Drop-Outs & Pro-Rata Exceptions: Pro-rata adjustments or partial refunds for students dropping out mid-session are exclusively subject to management decision and written acceptance. Pro-rata calculations will only be evaluated if the Client has paid the entire tuition fee for twelve (12) months upfront. The baseline for any calculated credit will rely strictly on the batch commencement date and the formal date of written refund application.

3.7 Discretionary Pricing Revisions: We reserve the right to alter, change, or modify our pricing matrix, subscription costs, or installment amounts at any time with immediate effect. Active subscriptions or future installments will adapt to the revised pricing structures instantly.

4. REFUND DISBURSEMENT PROCESS

4.1 Approved Refunds: If a refund request satisfies the conditions under Section 3 and receives explicit validation from management, the credit will be initiated back to the original source payment account (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI ID).

4.2 Processing Timeline: Approved refund disbursements will be done after fifteen (15) to thirty (30) working days from the date of formal written confirmation by our finance team to reflect in your account. 

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

5.1 Legal Compliance: This Policy is drafted and governed in accordance with the prevalent laws of India.

5.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, litigation, or legal action arising out of this Policy or contractual relations with Mary Tuition Classes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.

6. SEVERABILITY & RATIFICATION

6.1 Severability: If any provision of this Policy is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.

6.2 Entirety: This policy supersedes all prior verbal agreements, promotional assurances, written commitments, or emails previously exchanged between the parties regarding fees and refunds.

By Using our Services is an automatic acceptance of yours  and  completing a payment transfer to Mary Tuition Classes, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or are the authorized legal guardian of the student), possess the legal capacity to contract, and declare that you have thoroughly read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted all conditions detailed herein.
