Mary Tuition Classes provides private home tuitions and online tuitions (one-on-one and group sessions) for students from Nursery to 10th Standard across CBSE, ICSE, and Maharashtra Boards.

By Registering for, subscribing to, or utilising our website, services, and products, both Parents/Students and Tutors explicitly agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Refund Policy please immediately discontinue the use of our website and do not avail of our services or products.

1. General Disclaimers

Mandatory Agreement: If you do not agree with this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, or our Privacy Policy, please immediately discontinue the use of our website and do not avail of our services or products.

Non-Transferability: Any access to our services, products, sessions, or accounts obtained through registration or subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable to any other party or student.

2. Parent & Client Refund Policy

Registration Amount: The Client/Parent registration fee of Rs. 5,000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Policy Modifications: This registration amount is subject to change at any time without prior individual notice.

Tuition Fees:

All tuition fees be it monthly, quarterly, half yearly, Yearly must be paid fully in advance, Along with the One Time Registeration Non - Refundable Fees of Rs 5000/-. reminders will sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or call to avoid delay in tuition fee payments on time or on or before the due date and incur penalty of Rs 1000 and avoid Defaulters will be stopped from attending tuition classes.

Fees paid for completed online or private home tuition sessions (one-on-one or group) are non-refundable.

No refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be issued for student absences, missed group classes, Online Classes or sudden cancellations by the client.

Fee must be paid on or Before due date. Defaulters will be stopped from attending Tuition classes, Be It online Or Private Home Tuition classes.

Non-payment of fees for over 1 week will incur Rs 1000/- fine plus Re-Admission fee.

No refund after joining crash course or test series.

Pro-rata refund if student drops out mid-session, is subject to mary tuition classes management decision and acceptance, Only if accepted then the Refund will be calculated on a Pro - rata daily basis, only if tuition fees is paid for the whole 12 months only. If any Refund Payments will be processed back to the source account 15 to 30 working days.

Batch commencement date and refund application date are considered for any refund calculations.

If you wish to discontinue the Tuition classes; refund can be requested only within 14 days from the date of payment. No refund request will be considered afterwards.

Pricing / Fees change is solely at our discretion & can be revised / changed / modified / altered at any time with immediate effect & without any prior notice. Installments as well as Subscription plans if any will have the revised pricing with immediate effect.

The present policy supersedes all prior policies / commitments / agreements (written &/or verbal) and is effective for all dealings made.

Registration amount of Rs.5000 is non-refundable.

3. Tutor Refund Policy

Tutor Registration Fees: All registration fees, onboarding fees, any charges and Fees or platform usage charges paid by Tutors to join Mary Tuition Classes are strictly non-refundable.

Service Termination: If a tutor's engagement is terminated due to a breach of contract, misconduct, or poor performance, no fees or registration amounts will be refunded.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

Exclusive Jurisdiction: This policy and any contractual relations are governed exclusively by the laws of Mumbai Maharashtra India Only.

By completing your registration or submitting payment to Mary Tuition Classes, both Parents/Clients and Tutors confirm that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
